Features that allow you to control your debit or credit card, such as freezing the card or viewing your PIN, will not be available in our mobile app or 365 online banking during this time.
You may also experience interruptions on our mobile app or 365 online banking when making online purchases or transactions that require your debit or credit card approval (for example, verifying a purchase on an online shopping site).
Cards will work normally for ATM withdrawals and for in-person card purchases.
Please plan ahead if you intend to make an online purchase during this time.
Additionally, you won’t be able to access your current account statements in our mobile app or 365 online banking.
