If you lose or forget your 365 PIN, call us on the relevant number below and we'll issue you a new one.

Direct Service advisor

Republic of Ireland Customers:

9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (including Bank holidays)

Closed Saturday and Sunday

Northern Ireland and Great Britain customers:

9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (including Bank holidays)

9am to 2pm Saturday, Closed Sunday

Please note

You cannot use the Upgraded Bank of Ireland App, 365 online, the Mobile Banking app or the Tablet Banking app until you validate your new 365 PIN.
