This means that you’ll have added support in place, if ever you need it, as we move forward to a faster, easier banking experience. You’ll notice the changed look when you first log in, but don’t worry, the banking features you regularly use are all there.

We will never email you to ask you for your online login details. If you get an email and you suspect something is not right, please report it to us straight away to 365security@boi.com. You can also contact us on one of the Freephone emergency numbers listed below.
