How do I amend or cancel a standing order online?

If you are a 365 online customer you can set up, amend, or cancel your standing orders in the Manage Accounts section of 365 online:

  1. Choose Manage Accounts from 365 Home
  2. Click Manage Standing orders
  3. Select your account
  4. Select the standing order*
  5. Choose to either Cancel or Amend
  6. Follow onscreen instructions

Allow 1 working day for any cancellation or amendments (excludes Bank and Public Holidays).

*If you are unable to select a standing order this may be a loan repayment which you can not change online. Please contact us if you need to discuss these standing orders.
