Bank of Ireland approves €13 million financing for Mabestown Developments to deliver 52 new homes in Malahide, Co. Dublin

4 December 2025 – Bank of Ireland has approved €13 million in financing to support the construction of 52 new homes in Malahide, Co. Dublin by Mabestown Developments Limited.

The scheme – the first by Mabestown Developments to be supported by the Bank – is designed to accommodate a variety of family sizes and needs, with a mix of A-rated 2-, 3-, 4- and 5-bedroom homes within walking distance of Malahide Castle and close to Malahide village.

Construction is already underway by development partner Greenleaf Homes, with the first homes anticipated for delivery in late 2026.
