Tom Barry has been appointed as Chairman of the New Ireland Board of Directors. Tom has been on the Board since April 2014 and has enjoyed a distinguished career in the Financial Services industry particularly in the Life & Pensions sector.
He was previously Chief Executive of Canada Life (Ireland) and has extensive non-executive director experience, together with being a former President of the Irish Insurance Federation.
Tom has assumed the Chairmanship following the scheduled retirement of Pat Healy as Chairman/Director after 9 years on the Board.
