10th March 2020: Bank of Ireland is providing a range of supports for customers impacted by Covid-19.
For personal customers impacted by the COVID-19 virus, we have a range of supports including payment breaks or flexible arrangements on mortgages or loans for up to three months that we can discuss with customers directly.
For business customers, supports include the provision of emergency working capital, payment flexibility on loan facilities, and the provision of trade finance and foreign currency products for those sourcing products from new suppliers internationally. We will also prioritise loan decisions for impacted businesses. Customers who are concerned about the impact of coronavirus on their business are encouraged to make contact with their Business Relationship Manager.
