SEPA Instant payments scheduled maintenance (ROI customers only)

During this time, Republic of Ireland customers may not be able to send euro SEPA Instant payments from Bank of Ireland to other bank accounts and may not be able to receive euro SEPA Instant payments from other bank accounts in the EU and SEPA zone countries.

This disruption will last up to 1 hour 25 minutes.

Scheduled Maintenance

Sunday 19 July, 3am to 7am

Our mobile app and 365 online banking will not be available during this time. This means you won’t be able to log in or use features like freezing your debit or credit card, viewing your PIN, or approving online transactions (for example, verifying a purchase on an online shopping site).

Debit and credit cards will work for ATM withdrawals and in-person purchases, but there may also be some limited disruptions to these services.

Please plan ahead if you know you’ll need access to your accounts during this time.
