How do I let you know of my travel plans?
There is no need to notify us of your travel plans. We may contact you on your mobile while you are away to allow you to confirm your transactions. Make sure to check recent SMS messages or emails.
Do you have my correct mobile number?
We will contact you on the same number you use for SMS security codes on 365 online, such as setting up a new payee.
If you have recently changed your number, or are unsure of the number you use for SMS security codes, you can amend your mobile phone on 365 online.
What do I do if I receive an SMS or Email?
If you receive an SMS and/or email while using your cards abroad simply send us a one word response; that’s it. We will never ask for further personal or account information.
