Ordering a Physical Security Key or replacing an existing one

If you have a security device, a compatible Smartphone or tablet on which you registered the Bank of Ireland app, you can sign into 365 online without a Physical Security Key.

1. You can order a new or replacement PSK by calling us during business hours:

   Republic of Ireland:

   • 0818 365 365 or 01 404 4000
   • +353 1 404 4000 (from anywhere else)

   We’re open:

   • Monday to Friday 9am to 8pm
   • Saturday 10am to 6pm
   • Bank holidays 9am to 5pm
   • Closed Sunday.
2. You can order a new or replacement PSK by visiting us in one of our branches.

3. You can order new PSK online. You will need your IBAN and User ID to order a Physical Security Key using this form.

Your PSK will be delivered to the address we have on file for you in 5 to 7 working days.
