I’m self-isolating, how do I make a payment to my credit card?

There are a number of different options you can use to pay your credit card:

  • Pay on 365online - for a step-by-step guide, click here
  • Pay by direct debit – you can set up or amend a direct debit by contacting our Credit Card services team on 0818 251 251 (our lines are open 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday) and an advisor will be happy to help you.
  • Pay over the phone - call Credit Card Services on 0818 251 251 (our lines are open 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday).
