How do I setup a direct debit to my credit card?

Personal Credit Card

To set up a direct debit to pay your personal credit card, please call our Credit Card Services team on 0818 251 251. Our lines are open 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. An advisor will be happy to help you.

You can also download the Direct Debit Mandate form from bankofireland.com/forms. Simply complete the form and return it to us.

Alternatively, you can use the mobile banking app to set up the direct debit. Please select ‘Services’ then ‘Send us a message’ telling us the account number and how much you want to set up the direct debit for.

Business Credit Card

To change the paying account for your business credit card, please complete the Business Credit Cards SEPA Direct Debit Mandate. Then return it to the address on the form.
