How do I change the amount of my direct debit to my credit card?

Personal Credit Card

To change your direct debit amount on your personal credit card, please call our Credit Card Services team on 0818 251 251. Our lines are open 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. An advisor will be happy to help you.

Alternatively, you can use the mobile banking app to change your direct debit amount. Please select ‘Services’ then ‘Send us a message’ to tell us how much you want to change it to. The minimum amount you can reduce your monthly direct debit to is 2.5%.

Please be aware that paying off a smaller percentage of the balance or only making a minimum payment will mean it may take you longer and cost you more to repay the debt.

Business Credit Card

To change the paying account for your direct debit on your business credit card, please complete the Business Credit Cards SEPA Direct Debit Mandate. Then return it to the address on the form.

Please be aware that you must pay the full balance (100%) shown on your statement each month under our terms and conditions. You cannot reduce the percentage of the direct debit you pay below 100%.
