How can I remove a Credit Card from 365 online?
You can ask that your Credit Card be removed from 365 online by using the online Service Desk Ask a Question feature.
Before taking steps below save or print any estatments for your Credit Card account. Estatments for your selected card will not be available once the account has been removed from your profile.
Once in the Ask a Question section: - Need help with Ask a Question?
- Select the Card number you wish to remove from your 365 online profile
- Type your request in the message box, such as ‘Remove this Credit Card from my 365 Profile’ and submit
- We will reply to your 365 online inbox to confirm we have begun to action your request
- Your 365 profile will update in 24 hours of our reply
