If you need to order a credit card

If you need to replace a damaged credit card:
  • Log into your BoI profile using the app or 365 online.
  • Tap on 'Cards' on the Home screen.
  • Select 'Replace damaged card' beneath the card you need to replace.
  • Tap 'Order card'.

Alternatively you can order a replacement card by calling us on 0818 251 251.
