Can I print and save my eStatements?

Yes. You can print or save your eStatements using the Upgraded Bank of Ireland App or 365 online (original and Upgraded site).

  1. Log in to 365 online.
  2. Tap 'Statements'.
  3. Select the second tab, ‘Statements and documents’.
  4. Select an account from the drop-down list.
  5. Choose the eStatement you wish to view. This will open in a new tab or window on your browser.
  6. In the browser menu, select 'Print'.
  7. Select your printer and follow the specific on-screen steps for your printer.

How to save eStatements:

  • Log in to 365 online.
  • Tap 'Statements'.
  • Select the second tab, ‘Statements and documents’.
  • Select an account from the drop-down list.
  • Choose the eStatement you wish to view. This will open in a new tab or window on your browser.
  • In the browser menu, select 'Print'.
  • Choose 'Print to PDF' or 'Save to PDF'.
  • Tap 'Save'.
  • A ‘Save As’ dialog box will appear. This enables you to choose where on your PC to save your eStatement.

    Tablet Banking app

    Please note you cannot save eStatements using the Tablet Banking app. To print or save eStatements on a tablet, log in to 365 online using a browser on your tablet.

    This service is not available on the Mobile Banking app. It is only available on the Upgraded Bank of Ireland App and 365 online.
    1. Log in to your account on the Upgraded Bank of Ireland App.
    2. Tap 'Accounts' and select the account you wish to get eStatements for.
    3. Select the second tab 'Statements'.
    4. Tap a statement to open it.
    5. A PDF will open on your phone. You can then use your phone's settings to print or save your statement.

    1. Log in to your account on the Upgraded 365 online.
    2. Click 'Accounts' and select the account you wish to get eStatements for.
    3. Select the second tab 'Statements'.
    4. Click a statement to open it.
    5. A PDF will open on your phone. You can then use your phone's settings to print or save your statement.

    7. Select your printer and follow the specific on-screen steps for your printer.

    To save the estatements

    • In the print menu choose 'Print to PDF' or 'Save to PDF'.
    • Tap 'Save'.
    • A ‘Save As’ dialog box will appear. This enables you to choose where on your PC to save your eStatement.
