How do I activate a payee on 365 online?

You can activate a payee using steps below. You must first add a payee using 365 online, mobile or tablet app.

Once you have registered your Payee online you will receive a security code to activate it by Post or by SMS.

Follow these simple steps once logged in to activate the Payee:

  1. Click Manage Accounts on the menu on the left hand side;
  2. Click on Manage Payees;
  3. Choose the Payee that you want to activate from your list of registered Payees and click Activate;
  4. Enter your 7 digit security code and click Activate Payee.

Once activated, you can make payments to the Payee account immediately.
