How do I add a payee on 365 online?

What you will need to add a payee

  • SEPA or UK Domestic Payee
    • Payee Name
    • BIC (Bank Identifier code) of payee
    • IBAN (International Bank Account Number) of payee
    • Reference – to help the payee identify your payment

    Security codes to activate your SEPA or UK Domestic payee will issue to your postal address or mobile by SMS (if registered)

  • Bill
    • Payee Name must appear in drop down menu or add as SEPA/domestic/International payee
    • BIC (Bank Identifier code) of payee
    • IBAN (International Bank Account Number) of payee
    • Bill Reference Number – Helps payee identify your payment or you as a customer

    Bill Reference Number should contain the account number to which you are paying e.g. 8 digit Electricity account number, 7 or 8 digit BOI Mortgage account number or your 16 digit Credit Card number.

    Security codes to activate your Bill payee will issue to your postal address or mobile by SMS (if registered)

  • International Payee
    • Payee Name
    • Payee Address
    • BIC (Bank Identifier code) of payee
    • IBAN (International Bank Account Number) of payee
    • Bank Name (confirm BIC/Swift above)
    • Reference – to help the payee identify your payment

    Security codes to activate your international payee will issue to your postal address or mobile by SMS (if registered)

 

Steps to add a payee on 365 Online

To add a Payee on Banking 365 online, please log in and follow these simple steps:

  1. Click Money Transfer on the menu on the left hand side;
  2. Choose Add a Payee from the menu;
  3. Choose the type of Payee - Bill, SEPA, or International;
  4. Choose the security code delivery method – SMS or Post;
  5. Enter Payee account details and click continue;
  6. Enter the 3 requested digits of your 6 digit PIN.

Your Payee will remain inactive until you activate it using the security code.
