Who will receive the Cross Border Payments message?

We will send the Cross Border Payments message to the cardholder. This is the person whose name is on the card that was used to complete the transaction.

Note: For credit card transactions.

If an additional cardholder on a credit card makes a transaction: we will send the message to them and to the principal cardholder, too.
