Who will receive the Cross Border Payments message?

The Cross Border Payments message will be sent to the cardholder, i.e. the person whose name is on the card on which the transaction was completed.

Note: For credit card transactions completed by an additional cardholder we will send the message to the additional card holder and the principal cardholder.
