Where will the one-time passcode code be sent when adding my cards to a digital wallet?

The one-time passcode will always be sent to the primary cardholder for debit cards.

If the cardholder has a joint account, then the one-time passcode will be sent to the number that we have on file for the cardholder who is requesting to add a card on the wallet.

For credit cards, the one-time passcode will be sent to either the primary cardholder or the additional cardholder. This will be based on the phone number that was registered with the bank when applying for the card.
