How do I update/provide my registered mobile phone number to get set up on the new app?
Follow the steps below to update your registered mobile phone number:
- Log in to 365 online.
- Select 'Manage Accounts' from the left hand menu.
- Choose 'Amend my mobile phone registered for security codes'.
- Enter and confirm your mobile phone number and tap 'Continue'
- In 5 - 7 days you'll receive a security code in the post. When you receive it, log back in to 365 online.
- Choose 'Activate my mobile phone registered for security codes'.
- Enter the security code and tap 'Activate'.
Once complete, you can download the new app to your smartphone and use your registered mobile phone number to set up your smartphone as a security device.
