Why is there a delay before I can access my profile after registration?

Fraudsters attempt various tactics to gain access to customer profiles and their accounts. This can include registering new devices to appear legitimate. To prevent this, when the app is being registered on a device, we may impose a 4-hour delay before granting full access. While we’re sorry for any inconvenience to customers, fraudsters receive no sympathy from us. If you have another registered device, you can use it during the clearance period.
