A Credit Card will take 5-7 working days to arrive at your address.
PIN reminder
You can view your credit card PIN in the cards section of the Bank of Ireland app or 365 online if the card is linked to your 365 online profile. You can add your credit card to the carousel yourself by selecting Services, then under Manage accounts tap Add account or policy. For more details click here.
You can also request a PIN reminder from us by calling 0818 251 251 (our lines are open 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday). This should arrive by post within 5 working days.
