How can I order a replacement Credit Card?
The easiest way to order a replacement Credit Card is using 365 online or Card Care. If your card has been lost or stolen you will need to advise our 24 hour lost and stolen line before the card can be reordered.
- Log into 365 Online
- Choose the option for the Service Desk
- From the drop down box choose the option for Ask a Question
- Select your Credit Card account from the 'Select Account/Policy Type' box
- In the message field you can request a replacement card
- Log into Card Care
- Choose the option for Services from the left hand side of the screen
- Choose the option for Request a Replacement Card & click submit
- You will then receive a MTAN code by text
- Type this code in the MTAN field in Card Care to complete your request
