Internet/Online banking (365 Online) – Jargon Buster
If you are a customer registered to use our 365 online service, you can access your bank account through your own computer at any time. You can check your balance. You can also carry out many everyday transactions.
To access 365 Online you will need:
- A security device (the smartphone or tablet you registered with).
- A Physical Security Key (also called a PSK). This is a small device used to help confirm your identity. Anytime you log in online, you will be asked for your 365 online PIN and you will also be asked to enter a code that appears on your PSK. This is designed to help keep your financial information safe.
