Can I close all my accounts online?

No, we don’t offer that service at this time.

You can close personal and business current accounts on our website by filling out our account closure form.

You can close 365 deposit accounts on 365 online, or our mobile app by using the withdrawal and close account service. You can also close a notice or regular saver deposit account if you have the accounts registered to your 365 profile.

To close your loan account online, you’ll need to know the exact amount you still owe. This amount or balance includes any interest that has built up also known as ‘accrued’. It is different to the balance you see on your Bank of Ireland 365 app. You can find out this closing balance by calling us on 0818 365 365. You can also contact your local branch.

For all other product types, you will need to visit or write to your branch to close them.
