Why is a transaction I made not appearing under the ‘In progress’ section?

Sometimes, a completed transaction might not show in the 'in progress transactions' list.

This is outside our control and depends on how the payment is processed by other banks.

It usually appears within a few days and will be listed in the 'Completed' transactions section.
