What do I need to do to get ready for SCA?

  • Do we have the right mobile number for you? Please ensure we have the correct mobile number for you. If you are a credit card customer, please call the credit cards team on 0818 251 251 (+353 56 775 7747 from overseas) or by calling the number on the back of your credit card. If you are a debit card customer, please call the debit cards team on 0818 365 365
  • Have you downloaded the app? You can do this by going to the App Store/Play Store and searching ‘Bank of Ireland Mobile Banking’
