  • What is Click to Pay?

    Click to Pay is a way to checkout online that makes shopping easier, faster, and more secure. With Click to Pay, you no longer need to manually enter your card details at checkout.

  • How do I set up Click to Pay?

    You can sign up online with Visa or on participating retailers’ websites where you see the Click to Pay icon. You will only need to do this sign-up once.

    When you sign up you will need to accept VISA Terms and Conditions. Once you’ve done this your cards will be available to select for payment.

  • What if I do not want to use Click to Pay?

    If you do not wish to use Click to Pay, you can continue to pay with your card by manually entering your card details.

  • What if I want to stop using Click to Pay?

    If you sign up and then decide you do not want to continue using Click to Pay, you can manage your Click to Pay participation at any time by visiting the Visa Click to Pay consumer portal.

    We will never call, text or email asking you to share your six-digit passcode, one-time activation codes or your full 365 PIN. We will never ask for your full card details. Do not share them.   • How it works with your enrolled cards:
    1. Look for the Click to Pay icon during checkout. Visa Click to Pay icon
    2. Enter your email address.
    3. Confirm your identity – Visa will issue a One Time Code to confirm your mobile and/or email details are correct.
    4. Select the card you want to use.
    5. Complete your purchase — that’s it!
  • How is my information used?

    Visa collects, protects, and shares your personal information in accordance with their Privacy Notice.

  • How can I change or update my personal information, such as my phone number or email address or opt out/unenroll?

    You can make updates by visiting the Visa Click to Pay consumer portal.

    If you need help, you can contact Visa directly through their support channels.

  • Why am I receiving a one-time passcode (OTP) from Visa on both my phone and email?

    For your security, Visa may send a one-time passcode when you log into the consumer portal or when using Click to Pay during checkout.

    To ensure easy access, they may send the code to both your phone and your email.

  • How do I update my participation in Click to Pay?

    You can manage your Click to Pay participation at any time by visiting the Visa Click to Pay consumer portal.

    There, you can:

    • Manage your profile
    • Update your details
    • Add or remove saved cards
    • Delete your Click to Pay profile entirely
