How do I log in to view my accounts?

Once registered for digital banking you can access your accounts on the Upgraded Bank of Ireland App, 365 online (original and Upgraded site), the Mobile Banking App and the Tablet Banking app.

You are able to view accounts you have added to your online profile, see how to add an account to add a new account

  1. Enter your user ID (given when registering for the service).
  2. Enter your unique password information and tap 'Continue'.
  3. Enter the 3 requested digits of your 6-digit 365 PIN.

Important: This version of the Bank of Ireland mobile banking app will soon no longer be available. Please go to the Play store (Android) or App Store (iPhone) now to update to the new app. Not sure which app you have? Click here.

The first time you log in to the Mobile Banking app you will be asked to:

  1. Enter your user ID.
  2. Enter your unique password information and tap 'Continue'.
  3. Enter the 3 requested digits of your 6-digit 365 PIN.

Thereafter, you'll be asked to:

  1. Enter your unique password information and tap 'Continue'.
  2. Enter the 3 requested digits of your 6-digit 365 PIN.

The first time you log in to the Upgraded Bank of Ireland App you will be asked to:

  1. Enter your user ID.
  2. Enter your unique password information and tap 'Continue'.
  3. Enter the 3 requested digits of your 6-digit 365 PIN.

Thereafter, you'll be asked to:

  1. Enter your unique password information and tap 'Continue'.
  2. Enter the 3 requested digits of your 6-digit 365 PIN.

While we roll out the Upgraded 365 online you will see a welcome page when visiting www.365online.com. Confirm you have the Upgraded Bank of Ireland app to continue to the log in screen

On log in screen - browser

  1. Enter your unique password information and tap 'Continue'.
  2. Enter the 3 requested digits of your 6-digit 365 PIN. Then click confirm
  3. A notification will be sent to the security device quoted on screen.

On your Security device – Smart device

  1. Tap the notification on your security device to open authentication screen – you will not be asked to log into your security device.
  2. Swipe to accept. - The notification will disappear from your device automatically or you can tap ‘Done’
  3. That’s it – you should now be able to view your online account on your browser
