If you are ordering your first debit card, please call us on the numbers below. When you call, please have your account number to hand.

I need a replacement debit card
Replacing a damaged debit card
- Log into your BoI profile using the app or 365 online
- On the home screen, tap on Cards
- Select Replace damaged card under the card you need to replace
- Tap Order card
