How do I amend or cancel a standing order on the Tablet Banking App?
To amend or cancel your standing order on a the tablet app log in then:
- Tap Manage Payees on the left-hand menu.
- Choose Standing Orders from the drop-down list.
- Select a Standing Order*
- Choose action to take : Amend or Cancel and follow on screen instructions
Allow 1 working day for any cancellation or amendments (excludes Bank and Public Holidays). The amendments you make will not be visible in your list of standing orders until the next working day.
*If you are unable to select a standing order this may be a loan repayment which you can not change online. Please contact us if you need to discuss these standing orders.
