eStatement notification settings
You will receive an email to tell you when your latest statement is available for viewing. You can manage notification settings using the Bank of Ireland App or 365 online
Some customers may receive a text message notification. You can only select to receive email notifications in steps below.
To manage this notification:
- Log in to your account on the Bank of Ireland App.
- Tap 'Services' on the bottom menu.
- Select 'Manage Statements'.
- Switch statement notifications on/off.
You may also amend your email address to receive the notification.
