Why didn’t I get a notification?

If you do not receive the notification, this may be because:

  • You have your notifications turned off, or;
  • You are not using your primary device (see FAQ above on what a primary device is) when making your purchase.

We recommend that you turn your notifications on.

If you wish to change your primary device, you must remove any other devices (such as previous phones) that were added before the device you now want as your primary.

  • Tap on the device labelled as Primary,
  • Tap Remove device,
  • Repeat this until each device except the one you want to use as your primary device is removed. This will now be the default primary device that we will use for SCA notifications.
