When you get your Statement of Fees, please note that the fees, charges and interest listed there have already been debited from your account.

This is because the Statement of Fees shows you a summary of the fees, charges and interest that were applied on your account during the period shown. This is usually a 12-month period. If you want more details about when these fees, charges and interest are taken from your account, please see the Schedule of Fees and Charges for Personal Customers. This is available on our website or in any of our branches.
