I have not paid any current account fees or charges; why have I received a Statement of Fees?

Under the European (Payment Accounts) Regulations 2016, all banks must provide customers who hold a personal payment account with a Statement of Fees at least once a year if any fees, charges, government stamp duty or interest are applied to that account. You will have received a Statement of Fees if any of these items were applied during the statement period.
