The type of account I have does not have fees however I have received a Statement of Fees. Why is that?

If you hold an account where certain charges are waived, these will not appear on your Statement of Fees even in instances in which the service was used by you. You will however see transactions and services for which you were charged, as well as the interest that you paid and earned on the account if relevant. For more information on the charges that apply to your account please refer to the Schedule of Fees & Charges for Personal Customers which is available on our website or in one of our branches.
