SEPA (Single Euro Payment Area) – Jargon Buster

SEPA (Single Euro Payment Area) means you can make payments to banks throughout the SEPA zone. You can do this in the same way as you pay banks here in Ireland. You’ll need a BIC (Bank Identifier Code) and an IBAN (International Bank Account Number).
