My 365 Log in details are not working?
We are sorry you are having issues with your log in details for 365 Online and Mobile app. If you are having issues with any of the following, please find how to troubleshoot these issues and how to contact us to allow us to help further.
If you do not remember your User ID please Text 'User' to 50365 to return your User ID by SMS (RoI Only). If the reply requests that you contact us please call us on Contact Numbers listed below:
Date of Birth or Last 4 digit of contact number
Date of birth to ensure date month and year are typed into the correct box, enter your full date of birth in format DD MM YYYY including leading zeros e.g. 01 01 2000.
Last 4 digits of your contact number please ensure you are using the contact number you used when you set up 365 Online. Updating your mobile number for security codes will not change this log in detail.
