How will I receive my Statement of Fees?

You will receive your Statement of Fees in the same way that you currently receive your Account Statement. If you receive your Account Statement by post, you will receive your Statement of Fees by post, however, if you use 365 online or the Bank of Ireland App, it will also appear there.

If you receive your Account Statement as estatments only, you will also receive your Statement of Fees as an estatement and will not receive it by post.
