How do I add my non-BOI credit card as a payee?

For credit card providers not listed as a bill payee, you can add it as a SEPA or international payee.

Customers should confirm the following details with their credit card provider before adding the payee:

  2. Payee reference – normally the full credit card number.

Northern Ireland and Great Britain:

  1. National Sort Code (NSC) and account number
  2. Payee reference – normally the full credit card number.

Please note

Post office credit cards can be added using the 'Add a bill' option.

  1. Log in to 365 online.
  2. Tap 'Money Transfer.'
  3. Select 'Add a Payee.'
  4. Choose the type of payee – SEPA (euro), UK Domestic (NI/GB users for sterling), or International (non-euro).

  6. Enter the payee account details using the details you confirmed with your credit card provider.
  7. Enter the 3 requested digits of your 6-digit 365 PIN.
  8. Please note

Your payee will remain inactive until you activate it using the security code received by text or post.
