How do I change my name on my accounts?
You can change your name on your personal accounts by clicking below and completing our online form. We’ll look after your request and get back to you within five working days.
To change your name online, you’ll need your 365 online user ID (for customers without 365 online, please visit your local branch), you’ll also need to provide us with a photo of one of the below documents. This online service is only available to Republic of Ireland customers.

- Marriage certificate.
- Separation Agreement/Divorce Decree (this must display your maiden name). If not, you will also need one of the following:
- Valid photo ID document in your maiden name or
- Birth certificate.
- Deed Poll.
Ensure the document you are uploading displays clearly the name you wish to change to. Any legal documents should be signed, dated, and stamped by the relevant court/body.
