Send money at a future date

You can set up a future dated payment using the Bank of Ireland app or 365 online.

  1. Log in to your account on the Bank of Ireland App.
  2. Tap 'Payments'.
  3. Tap 'Send money or pay a bill'.
  4. In the 'Process payment' section, select to 'Schedule future date'
  5. Choose a date from calendar.
    • You can choose a date from tomorrow +60 days.

      • Future dated payments are available for the following:

    • Transfer between accounts
    • SEPA payments (ROI customers only)
    • Bill payments
    • UK Domestic transfers (NI/GB customers only)
  1. Log in to your account on the 365 online.
  2. Click 'Payments' on the top menu.
  3. Click 'Send money or pay a bill'.
  4. In the 'Process payment' section, select to 'Schedule future date'
  5. Choose a date from calendar.
    • You can choose a date from tomorrow +60 days.

      • Future dated payments are available for the following:

    • Transfer between accounts
    • SEPA payments (ROI customers only)
    • Bill payments
    • UK Domestic transfers (NI/GB customers only)
