Can I lodge and withdraw funds through An Post to the Start Smart Account?

Yes. You and your child can make cash lodgements and cash withdrawals through An Post using your Visa debit card. Money can also be lodged to the Smart Start Money Pot using a personalised lodgement book in An Post.
