How can I change the address on my mortgage account?
If you have a current account and you are registered on 365 online
The easiest way to change your address across all your accounts in one go is through 365 online. Simply log into 365 online, click on ‘Service Desk’ and select ‘Update Postal Address’ from the dropdown menu, and follow the online instructions. Please be aware that you cannot change your address using the mobile or tablet app.
If your Mortgage account is not listed on 365, then contact us through ‘Add your Account or Policy’ (which can be found in the Service Desk area) to add your Mortgage account, which will then allow you to make this change online.
If you only have a mortgage account, or you are not registered for 365 online
If you are not registered for 365 online, or you only have a mortgage account with us, you can also change your address by calling us on 0818 365 365 or visiting us in branch.
Alternatively, your change of address request on your mortgage account can be submitted to us in writing - send your change of address details, quoting your mortgage account number to:
