Cancel a Future dated payment
You can cancel any pending future dated payment using the Bank of Ireland app or 365 online.
1. Log into the Bank of Ireland app
2. Tap 'Payments' on bottom menu
3. Tap 'future dated payments'
4. Select any future dated payment for more details.
5. Click 'Cancel payment'
6. Confirm cancellation on pop up by tapping 'Yes, cancel payment' or tap 'Go Back'
You will receive a message that your request was successful. The cancelled payment will remain on the 'future dated payment' screen for 60 days from the date you cancelled it.

2. Click 'Payments' on top menu
3. Click 'future dated payments'
4. Select any future dated payment for more details.
5. Click 'Cancel payment'
6. Confirm cancellation on pop up by tapping 'Yes, cancel payment' or tap 'Go Back'
You will receive a message that your request was successful. The cancelled payment will remain on the 'future dated payment' screen for 60 days from the date you cancelled it.
