Mobile App Update
As per previous email we are making some improvements to the new BOI Mobile App, including bug fixes and performance enhancements.
To avail of these, we will need you to delete the current version of the New Mobile App from your Android device and re install it.
To delete the New Mobile App; open the Play Store app on your device, open the settings menu, tap on My apps and games, and navigate to the installed section. Tap the app called “New BOI App.” You may need to scroll to find it. Tap uninstall.
To re install the new Mobile App please follow the instructions below:
While you have received the email instructions to your BOI email address, please forward the email to your Gmail account and follow the instructions to get set up using your Android phone.
- Please click on the URL below (if you cannot access it immediately, please try again later). Then click on the ‘Join the Programme’ button and follow the instruction to “opt in” to the launch. Once you have opted in, you will have access to the internal launch app in the Play store.
- Just follow the instructions within the app to set it up. You will need your banking 365 User ID and 6-digit PIN to set up the app.
