Tips for travelling abroad

Travelling abroad? If your mobile number or email address have changed in the last 12 months please let us know by updating your new details on your 365 account. We sometimes need to contact customers quickly if we see unusual activity around credit or debit card transactions. A card may be disabled if we can’t confirm that it’s the genuine cardholder who’s using it. If you’re abroad and your card is declined, even though there are funds in your account, please check for a text message or email from us. We will contact you right away, if we have concerns about your account being misused.
