“Invalid amount entered” error message when I tried to make a transfer.

You will see this error message if 365 online cannot recognise a character you have entered. It does not refer to the amount of available funds in your account.

See below examples of how to avoid this error message

Using a comma

Cause: Using a comma to separate euro and cents; pounds and pence; or dollars and cents.




Solution: Use a full stop to separate euro and cents; pounds and pence; or dollars and cents.




Cause: Using a comma to show thousands



Solution: 365 online does not require a comma to denote thousands





Currency symbols

You do not need to include any currency symbols e.g. €, £, $.



The currency of your transfer is determined by the transfer type i.e. SEPA or International
