  • What happens if I lose my device which holds my KeyCode app?

    If you lose your device, please de-register the device from 365 online. You will need to then go through the registration process again for your new device.

    If you have lost your device and are worried about the security of the KeyCode App please note that your KeyCode App is secured with a PIN that you selected on setup and does not contain any banking or user data. It can only be used in conjunction with your 365 online User ID when using Open Banking services. The KeyCode app is not used to login to 365 online.

    As soon as you de-register your device on 365 online your KeyCode app will no longer be accessible and the app will not open. If you have any further queries please contact us on 0345 736 5555.

    Note: Calls may be recorded, monitored and used for training and compliance purposes.
