  • How do I de-register my KeyCode app?

    365 Online Customers

    On the Manage KeyCode app page under the Manage Accounts section on 365 online choose ‘De-Register’.

    Business On Line Customers

    Business On Line Customers will need to contact their Administrator.

  • What happens if I lose my device which holds my KeyCode app?

    365 Online Customers

    If you lose your device, please de-register the device from 365 online. You will need to then go through the registration process again for your new device.

    If you have lost your device and are worried about the security of the KeyCode App please note that your KeyCode App is secured with a PIN that you selected on setup and does not contain any banking or user data. It can only be used in conjunction with your 365 online User ID when using Open Banking services. The KeyCode app is not used to login to 365 online.

    As soon as you de-register your device on 365 online your KeyCode app will no longer be accessible and the app will not open.

    Business On Line Customers

    You will need to download the KeyCode App on your new device and contact your Administrator to have them link your new device to your KeyCode App.

  • What happens if I no longer want to use the KeyCode app?

    365 Online Customers

    If you no longer want to use the KeyCode app then you will have to de-register on 365 online and delete the KeyCode app from your smart device.

    Business On Line Customers

    Business On Line customers require KeyCode app to complete everyday Business On Line activities.

  • I am a business customer that already uses KeyCode with my BOL profile, why can I now see this on my 365 online profile?

    KeyCode has been introduced for use in conjunction with your 365 online profile should you wish to use Open Banking services. If you already have KeyCode, you can use the same KeyCode app for both your 365 online and Business On Line profiles. However there are separate registration processes for each. To register your 365 User ID to your existing KeyCode app, follow the ‘Register Additional Profile’ option which can be found on the ‘Manage KeyCode app’ page under the Manage Accounts section on 365 online.
