Three-quarters of all transactions carried out by our second level student account holders are conducted at an ATM. There are an estimated quarter of a million children in secondary school in Ireland and their reliance on ATMs is unique. We welcome new customers throughout the year but those opening an account before the 30th November and using it just once a month thereafter, will be rewarded with 300 free texts for their mobile phones. Our Teen SmartSave account will also encourage the savings habit as it offers a variable interest rate of 3.75% and a €5 bonus after six months',

This is an annual €10 charge that is payable by anyone holding an ATM card and which the banks must deduct from a cardholder's account and return to the Revenue Commissioners on behalf of the customer.
